• One-Year Warranty
  All our jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes stone setting and craftsmanship, under normal daily wear.
  
  
• One Free Resize
  We offer one complimentary resize per ring within the first year of purchase. Additional resizes may be available for a symbolic fee, depending on the design.
  
  
• Lifetime Cleaning & Polishing
  You are always welcome to bring your gold jewelry to our studio for free professional cleaning and polishing, for life.
  
  
• White Gold Rhodium Plating
  Rhodium renewal for white gold is available at a symbolic cost.
  
  
• Warranty Conditions
  The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been reasonably cared for and has not been resized, repaired, or altered by any third party. Any external repair or modification will void the warranty.
  
  
• Jewelry Care Guidelines
  To help preserve your jewelry:
  • Store jewelry in a dry, well-ventilated place
  • Avoid storing jewelry in the bathroom
  • Avoid long-term storage inside the original box
    
    
• Repairs After Warranty
  We offer repair services at a symbolic cost for jewelry purchased from our store, with no time limit, even after the warranty period ends, for damage that is repairable.
  
  
• Earrings Disclaimer
  With regular daily use, earring clasps of all types may loosen over time. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically check that earrings are properly closed and secured.
  
  
• Exclusions
  The warranty does not cover:
  • Loss of the jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
